Upon arrival, the lobby area was confusing—a mix of co-working space and check-in made it hard to find where to go. Additionally, the room had an unwelcome bug presence upon check-in, which was off-putting and required some effort to manage. Lastly, while waiting for a car service at checkout, the 25-minute delay was frustrating, adding unnecessary stress.

The free morning coffee was a lovely surprise, and having parking right by our room was incredibly convenient.
